I was very impressed with the efforts and energy Mike put into helping me buy a house in the middle of the covid lockdown which is especially challenging. There were some last minute problems due to conveyancing mis-communication. Mike went out of his way to help me and to chase up with the vendor and conveyancers to get it sorted quickly including hand delivering paperwork to avoid postal delays and visiting the conveyancer’s office in Coventry for me when I couldn’t sensibly get there in person.
